Kate Radford is an occupational therapist and Associate Professor in Rehabilitation Research at the University of Nottingham, specialising in supporting people who acquire brain injuries resulting from stroke or trauma to return to and remain in work or regain meaningful life roles. Her research includes trials to determine the effectiveness and cost effectiveness of job retention interventions following stroke and major trauma and studies to develop and evaluate peer coaching and assistive technologies for promoting participation following brain injury.
Kate is an animal loving, multi-tasking mum of three, who aside from cycling can be found horsing around, walking dogs or drawing for pleasure.
